Each room will be given its own vision board (1 board per room, about 15-20 hours of design per board)
-Each vision board will include comparisons to the spaces provided for update
-Descriptions of the items chosen and their part in the mock up
-Pricing to fit into the budgeting will also be noted to fill the budget addressed
-Designated onsite hours
-Designated in-person / phone hours

Once a completed design board is established, we will order items from the agreed upon boards. This involves the management of all purchases needed to furnish or stylize the space. (Furniture, hardware, and other surface aesthetics such as tile and wallpaper. Construction materials are not controlled under this procurement and will be collected and handled by the project manager or contractor.) Procurement will be charged at the add-on rate of 10% plus the cost of the goods sold.
DESIGN
CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Management includes the following:
Overseeing all hired out contracting services
-Carefully inspecting finished and ongoing work
-Retaining contracting bids if desired and sourcing contractors
-Billing and payments for services in addition to budget tracking for the construction aspect of the project
-Material procurement
Liaison for all services needed to carry out the completion of the project
-Contacting and scheduling all workers and work to finish project
-Contacting HOA boards for necessary approvals and information
All onsite hours needed for this project are included.
